As a recuperative care center, Harbor Care provides an innovative approach, giving the sick and hurting a place to get well. Our hands on approach and programs are providing effective solutions to homelessness.
After a hospital discharge from illness or injury, Harbor Care provides short-term residential care to those whose condition would be worsened by living on the streets.

- Nutritious meals, clean showers
- Transportation to follow-up medical visits
